Shipping policy

Your order will ship within three (3) business days. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage for most items, larger items usually go USPS Priority. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. As always, any questions please reach out, we are here to help. 

• Products are tested before shipping. If you have a problem with your item, please take a photo and contact us. Although we do not accept returns, we stand behind our products, voodoosnowflake@gmail.com
• We are not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages. Reach out to your local USPS carrier with tracking number to start the process of a missing package.
• We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping info.
